Our high-quality apartments are independent, separate, and located in regular apartment buildings in excellent locations in Helsinki and Espoo.
Our apartments feature excellently equipped bathrooms and kitchens. In terms of size, our apartments range from studios to one- and two-bedroom units, as well as larger apartments with two or three bedrooms. Electricity, water charges, internet connection, and everything you need at home are included in the rent—no unexpected costs.

The need for temporary housing is affecting more and more people. Many buildings in Helsinki are reaching the age for plumbing renovations and water damage also creates an urgent need for furnished apartments. We work in cooperation with all insurance companies, so booking an apartment is easy.
Our tenants can live a normal life in our apartments. We do not rent out our apartments for parties at all.
We are used to adapting to changing situations and the end date of the rental period does not need to be predicted, the notice period is agreed to be very flexible.
