Our high-quality apartments are independent, separate units located in regular apartment buildings in excellent locations in Helsinki and Espoo.
Our apartments feature excellently equipped bathrooms and kitchens. The sizes of our apartments range from studios and one-bedroom to larger units with two or three bedrooms. Electricity, water charges, internet connection and everything you need in your home are included in the rent – no hidden costs.
Subject for plumbing work
The need for temporary accommodation is increasing. Many buildings in Helsinki are reaching the age for pipe renovations, and water damage also creates an urgent need for furnished apartments. We work in cooperation with all insurance companies, so booking an apartment is easy.
Our tenants can live a normal life in our apartments. We do not rent our apartments at all for parties.
We are used to adapting to changing situations, and there is no need to predict the end date of the rental period; the notice period is agreed to be very flexible.
